The information is supplied directly by you when you complete the contact form. No data is collected automatically (e.g., via cookies) for the purposes of this policy.

We use the collected contact details solely to:  

Provide you with information about future service offerings that we may or may not provide.

Your information will not be used for any purpose other than the one set out in clause 3, unless you give us separate consent.  

We will not disclose your personal information to third parties, except where required or authorised by Australian law or a court/tribunal order (Australian Privacy Principle 6(b)).  

We do not intend to disclose your information to overseas recipients; if this changes, we will update the policy accordingly.

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to seek correction of any inaccurate information (Australian Privacy Principle 2).  

If you wish to make a complaint about a breach of this privacy policy, you may contact us using the details in clause 8. We will deal with any complaint in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.

The contact details you provide will be used for direct marketing of our future services.  

Under the Privacy (Market and Social Research) Code 2021, you may request that we not use or disclose your information for direct marketing (see Document 2, clause 7.6). To do so, contact us using the details in clause 8. We will not charge you for processing such a request and will act within a reasonable period.  

 

7. Retention  

We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected (i.e., to inform you of future service offerings) or as required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. Any changes will be posted on the Site and will take effect on the date shown at the top of the policy. Continued use of the Site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
