Listings live in a private, secure database. They’re never publicly displayed and never indexed by search engines. A site is only ever surfaced — as a scored, validated match — to a buyer whose brief it fits.

PropCycle’s founder, Andy Laing, is a property developer. The problem came to a head hunting his own site in Burleigh Heads — now a duplex he’s completing. He built the tool he needed.
