PropCycle’s founder, Andy Laing, is a property developer. Hunting his own site in Burleigh Heads – now a duplex he’s completing – he hit the same wall every serious buyer hits: a disconnected workflow disguised as a search problem. Weeks of broad portal results, missing data, and chasing selling agents for answers, repeated for every property. It wasn’t a search problem. It was the whole workflow.
